While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions where you may want to return an item. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return instructions and to arrange a refund.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original unused condition, that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any orders received 60 days after purchase are not entitled to any refund.
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the return items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any refund due will only be issued after we have inspected the return. The refund amount will be for the original purchase price paid excluding delivery charges.
Unless otherwise stated, customers will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Exceptions to this rule include any product defects or errors made on the part of Wonderly.
Only items purchased directly from Wonderlyy.com will be accepted. Wonderlyy.com reserves the right to deny any return.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 3 business days, if any products are defective, damaged or in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item. Customers will be able to exchange faulty products for a replacement or ask for a refund. In the event of damages, we will ask customers to provide photographs of the damaged packaging and faulty item and proof of purchase.
Wrong/Faulty items should be notified to us and returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund in full including the cost of delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 working days for your bank or credit card company to process a refund transaction.
Exchanges will be deemed on a case by case basis. For any exchange requests kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you receive the wrong item, a damaged item due to shipping mishandling, or the product has quality issues, please let us know immediately within 3 business days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photo of the damaged item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to your provided shipping address.
