Refund policy

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you're not absolutely in love with your purchase, email us at support@wonderlyy.com and a customer service representative will be happy to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wonderlyy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only items purchased directly from Wonderlyy.com will be accepted. Wonderlyy.com reserves the right to deny any return.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be deemed on a case-by-case basis. For any exchange requests kindly email support@wonderlyy.com. Should you receive the wrong item, a damaged item due to shipping mishandling, or the product has quality issues, please let us know immediately within 5 business days of receiving the item by emailing support@wonderlyy.com. Please include your order number and photo of the damaged item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to your provided shipping address.
